5 Delight

A tantalizing blend of spiced chai, rich coffee, and luscious hazelnut

Ingredients

  • 30ml 5 Walla Chai Cream Liqueur

  • 15ml Coffee Liqueur

  • 15ml Vodka

  • 15ml White Creme De Cacao

  • 15ml Hazelnut Liqueur

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice and shake

  • Strain into a martini glass

  • Grate nutmeg over the top of the drink


5 Walla Colada

If you like sipping chai and getting caught in the rain…

Method

  • Add the 5 Walla, pineapple chunks, and splash of coconut milk  with ice cubes to a blender and blitz until smooth

  • Dip the rim of your glass into a small amount of fruit juice and sprinkle the crushed coconut onto the juice so it sticks

  • Pour the mixture into the glass

  • Garnish with slices of fresh pineapple

Ingredients

  • 50ml 5 Walla Cream Liqueur

  • Pineapple chunks

  • Splash of Coconut Milk


Chai Bomber

Method

  • Pour the coffee liqueur into a shot glass

  • Slowly layer the 5 Walla on top of the coffee liqueur and the triple sec on top of the 5 Walla liqueur

Ingredients

  • 20 ml of 5 Walla Cream Liqueur

  • 20ml of Coffee liqueur

  • 20ml of Triple Sec

An explosive take on the B-52


Chai Alexander

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice and shake

  • Strain into a martini glass

  • Sprinkle chocolate flakes on top of the drink

  • 45ml Brandy

  • 15ml Single Cream

Chai Monkey

Ingredients

  • 45ml 5 Walla Cream Liqueur

  • 30ml Caramel Liqueur

  • 15ml Banana Liqueur

  • 15ml Coconut Milk

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice and shake

  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with more ice

  • Garnish with banana slices


Espresso Chai-tini

Give your taste bolts a jolt with this coffee-infused mix

Ingredients

  • 50ml of 5 Walla Cream Liqueur

  • 25ml of Espresso

  • 25ml of Vodka

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes

  • Add the 5 Walla Liqueur, the espresso, and the vodka and shake

  • Strain into a cocktail glass

  • Garnish with coffee beans on top!


Frappe Lasse

Fruity, creamy and chaitastically refreshing

Ingredients

  • 45ml of 5 Walla Chai Cream Liqueur

  • 4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

  • 3 tbsp Sugar

  • 15ml Passionfruit Syrup

  • Fresh Mango Puree

Method

  • Mix the yogurt, mango puree, sugar, passionfruit syrup and the 5 Walla Cream Liqueur into a blender and blitz until smooth

  • Add crushed ice into to a glass

  • Pour the mixture into the glass over the crushed ice

  • Garnish with some cardamom powder


Requiem for a Cream

Ingredients

  • 60ml 5 Walla Chai Cream Liqueur

  • 40ml Brandy

  • 15ml Ginger Liqueur

  • 10ml Honey Liqueur

  • 10ml Cinnamon Syrup

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice and shake

  • Strain into a coupe glass

  • Garnish with crystallised ginger


Walla Russian

Ingredients

  • 60ml Espresso

  • 30ml 5 Walla Chai Cream Liqueur

  • 30ml Vodka

  • 30ml Whole Milk

A chai-twist on the White Russian

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice and shake

  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with more ice

  • Grate nutmeg over the top of the drink


Walla the Odds

Ingredients

  • 25ml 5 Walla Cream Liqueur

  • 25ml Aged Rum

  • 25ml Single Cream

  • 10ml Coconut Rum

  • 10ml Honey Syrup

  • 1 dash Cocoa Bitters

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add ice and shake

  • Strain into a Nick & Nora glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar


Pistachai Bliss

A delicious cocktail that is so easy to master, it’s a piece of pistachio! A special thanks to Coventry Cocktails for creating this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml of 5 Walla cream liqueur

  • 15ml of pistachio orgeat

  • 22ml of Whisky

  • Grated Candied Pistachio

Method

  • Add the 5 Walla to a cocktail shaker

  • Then pour in the pistachio orgeat and the whisky

  • Shake vigorously to combine

  • Pour this mixture to an iced glass

  • Garnish with some grated candied pistachio
